FUN BEFORE INSTRUCTION
Make something people want to play before asking them to learn.
GAME DEVELOPMENT TEAM · SHIMONOSEKI, JAPAN
Language, culture, memory and daily life. We turn the differences between people into games worth playing, not instructions people are forced to read.

WHY WE MAKE GAMES
At EMYSTI, love is a design constraint, not decoration. Not knowing should never be shameful. One culture should not have to erase itself for another. The game must be fun first; understanding can remain afterward. We carry small ideas all the way into things people can actually play.
Make something people want to play before asking them to learn.
Not knowing should never be treated as a failure.
Turn differences into play, not obstacles.
Treat love as a product rule, not a slogan.
Build from our own reasons instead of reskinning a trend.
Never trade player trust for a short-term number.
OUR GAMES
We label every project honestly. Unreleased games do not get imaginary dates or fake download buttons.
BOOKS · SECRETS · OFFLINE PLAY
BUKU暗号文庫
The same book, the same edition, the same rule. An offline book-cipher game that turns important words into coordinates. With eleven play modes, Cipher Academy, book routes, sharing and decoding, accounts and purchases, BUKU is a complete independent product.
KANA · PHYSICS · COOKING
かな食堂 / KANA KITCHEN (working title)
Drop kana. Grow dishes. Japanese characters, sounds and food culture become the mechanics of a physical arcade game, not a lesson placed on top. We are turning the language and food of Japan into play for the world.
The latest news lives on its independent official page.
DEVELOPMENT QUEUE
PROJECT: MEMORY SEED
A game about growing a memory-self from daily choices, voice, stories and values for a future family to explore. Its AI is a guide to memories, never an impersonation of the person.
In development · working titlePROJECT: AITOKOTOBA
An asynchronous game where two people unlock secret words using dates, places, jokes and memories only they share. The time they recover slowly becomes a private pixel room.
In development · working titlePROJECT: KURASHI QUEST
Waste, bicycles, hospitals, schools, work and disasters. Short, non-shaming scenes help foreign residents understand life rules, their rights and where to ask for help in Japan.
In development · working titlePROJECT: TONARI
Japanese and foreign residents bring food, language, festivals and everyday knowledge to grow one shopping street together. Living together is not the same as becoming the same.
In development · working titleHOW WE BUILD
We think beyond the pitch: core loop, content data, languages, mobile, backend, testing and the life of a game after launch all belong to one product.
Hear where people get stuck, what makes them laugh and why they choose one more round.
Turn culture and real problems into rules people can feel, not lectures they must endure.
Make it playable on real devices, then verify language, saves, sound, speed and rights.
Grow with players, places, companies and makers while protecting the game at its core.
WORK WITH US
Co-development, publishing, art, audio, localization, QA, food and hospitality, municipalities, tourism and cultural events. We are looking for people who respect an established game core and can help build the brand around it.
